    Step 1 : Go to http://www.imageshack.us
    Step 2 : Upload your photo.
    Step 3 : Copy Direct Link !

    For eg. http://img243.imageshack.us/content.php?page=done&l=img243/6056/copy8of221024.jpg&via=mupload<--this...

    Step 4 : Then... click on the Img button

    It will appear
    Guide : How to Embed Picture Into Posting ! <--thistwo-->
    <-- something like this.

    Step 5 : Paste the link in between the box

    Like this...



    Step 6 : Ta dah....
